Healing through art

Atelier Bowo is a place to express my healing through art. With bright colors and illustrative painting I would love to take you along on a journey. A journey as joyful or as deeply as you are ready to experience in this exact moment. May the paintings support the process you are going through and remind you to have trust in life.

As a surfer, the ocean has always been my healing place. Enjoying doing sport has fueled my love for a healthy lifestyle, for body, mind and soul. Several spinal fractures and overcoming a disease invited me to open up and work holistically. Life brought me on unexpected currents in recent years. I followed the wind and it took me on a path of healing.

On my journey back to health, bodywork and painting opened many doorways to my heart,

my mind, my dreams and everything beyond.

Painting became an expression of what was alive inside of me.

An atelier is a place of creation. A place where ideas, emotions and feelings become tangible.
Bowo is short for bodywork. Through bodywork I remember. I remember what I forgot. I remember the wisdom of the universe. It is the most beautiful adventure of all: travelling inside.

A never ending journey. Bodywork and painting are medicine to me.

A medicine that I would love to share with you.

Atelier Bowo is a place to express my healing and dreams through art. With my paintings I would like to invite you to discover parts about yourself. Most themes know a deep meaning, yet are painted in bright colors. This is to invite you to step into a non-dual mindset. What you feel is not good, nor bad. It just is. Recognizing and accepting the "here and now" is embracing yourself.
